Meet Sarah
Hello! I stumbled headfirst into the birth world through a non birth related podcast. After hearing the host’s birth story I was awestruck. I needed to know more. The more I learned, the more I felt called to this work. I firmly believe that everyone has the right to reproductive justice, to birth the way they want to, and to be able to define their birth experience their way.
I grew up in New York and moved to Los Angeles, California for work where I met my wonderful husband. After five years of living in LA, my husband and I moved to Denver, Colorado for his new job. I work remotely as an Engineer for an Aerospace company based in California. While not working my day job, I love rock climbing, hanging with our dog, and exploring new breweries. And my favorite activity, pursuing birth work.

Choosing your birth team is one of the most important choices you can make during your pregnancy. I completed my birth doula training with Childbirth International in 2024.
What sets me apart is my background as an engineer. This background when combined with my birth doula training gives me the unique ability to take in information (the cues you are giving, your words and actions, your progression, your outlook on the situation, and the care providers words and actions) and move forward with a plan for the next few moments, and then reassess and move forward once again.
