My Philosophy

My role as your doula is not to take the place of your partner or others who you may have invited to your birth, but rather to enable full participation from everyone to have your birth go as smoothly as possible. My goal is to support you mentally, emotionally, and physically to co-create the environment you wish to have for your birth. My practice is evidence based and built on the idea that everyone has the right to education, informed consent, and reproductive justice. I would love to help you along your journey and create the atmosphere that is right for you.
